A former property developer has been fined Pounds 2,000 for allowing five lorry-loads of demolition waste to be dumped on Dartmoor beauty sports.
Killian Cockburn, who was a director of Kimac Developments Ltd of Mutley Plain, Plymouth, used a waste carrier who held no licence to get rid of the bitumen roofing, insulation foam and other building waste after he demolished a commercial garage in Stonehouse.
